To cancel a subscription, go to your Account page in the dashboard and click Manage Billing. The Stripe Customer Portal opens where you can cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

In the dashboard, go to Amazon Ads and click Connect Amazon Ads Account. You'll be redirected to Amazon's Login with Amazon flow where you sign in and approve access. Pick the seller profile you want to connect, and the platform immediately starts fetching your ads reports.

Your dashboard will be populated with real data within about four minutes. For complete TACoS and organic sales metrics, we also recommend connecting Seller Central via SP-API from the same account dropdown.

Yes, the Pro plan and all full-suite plans support custom domains. You can connect up to 5 domains (e.g. bio.yourbrand.com or links.yourbrand.com) to use for your bio pages, smart links, and QR codes instead of the default 1smart.link URL.

Setup takes around 10 minutes: add a CNAME record at your domain registrar, verify it in the dashboard, and the platform auto-issues an SSL certificate via Let's Encrypt. No manual certificate work required.

Three quick things to check. First, make sure you've verified your email — look for the verification message we sent when you signed up (check your spam folder). Second, try the forgot password flow if you're not sure of your credentials. Third, clear your browser cache or try an incognito window in case an old session is interfering.
